We’ve all tried it, ruined the perfect scrapbooking page layout. Globs of glue in the wrong place, crooked stickers or typos are a few common mistakes made on scrapbook pages. Before you waste your paper and supplies by disposing of a page gone wrong, you may be able to salvage that layout with one of these scrapbooking ideas.

Before you try to repair your mistakes, take a close look in internet marketing. Is it really that bad? Scrapbook layouts doesn’t have to be perfect. In fact, they may be more endearing to families once they aren’t. Accept that you will make mistakes, and be capable of let them go. Do you really need to fix that mistake in any way?
Scrapbooking Ideas for Glue Mistakes
Try to avoid excessive glue using the appropriate adhesive for the project. Textured page elements like fabric or ribbon deal with glue dots, and enormous items like photos and frames can be attached quickly with tape runners. Tiny accents may only need a dab of glue. Try using a glue pen of those.
A rubber eraser is a great scrapbooking tool to own on hand whenever you are working with glue. Let the glue dry completely, then carefully rub the location with the rubber eraser. It should lift the glue right off the paper. If that does not work properly, shop any local scrapbooking store for adhesive remover. Dab a bit on a cotton swab and rub gently. Of course, in addition, you can cover the glue with another page accent. A sticker can cover numerous mistakes.

Scrapbooking Ideas for Typos
Typos could be the most annoying scrapbooking mistakes. Once you notice it, it does not take first thing the thing is on the page. Remember that others may not even notice it. Sometimes you are able to correct the misspelling easily by changing instructions. If the error is at a title or journaling block, cut a piece of cardstock the size of the spot, and try again. You’ve also added a framed page element for your page in the process.
Scrapbooking Ideas for Misplaced Stickers
If you find a sticker in the wrong place quickly enough, sometimes you are able to gently lift it from your page. If it’s already stuck for your paper and you also risk tearing the page if you remove it, you can find special adhesive removers that will lift it from your page. Be sure to have always some on hand whenever you are working with stickers.
If a misplaced sticker is making the page off balance, you’ll be able to always increase the stickers for the page to smooth out the page. Make the sticker blend into the page with the addition of more focus for your focal point photo. If it’s just the wrong sticker, create a mat to debate it and apply the proper sticker towards the mat.
